“United in Heart, Moving Forward Together—Creating the Future” — Suzhou Tongtai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.’s 2020 Annual Meeting and 2019 Awards Ceremony was solemnly held on December 31, 2019, by the beautiful shores of Lake Tai. At the outset of the event, General Manager Mr. Tai Xiaojun delivered an inspiring address. In his speech, he reviewed the company’s journey from its inception to the present day and outlined a detailed roadmap for 2020 and beyond. His words conveyed both his deep expectations for the company’s future and his unwavering confidence, filling everyone with boundless hope. Following the address, the company honored its outstanding employees, exemplary frontline managers, and distinguished managerial staff for their achievements in 2019. General Manager Tai personally presented awards, commending their remarkable contributions throughout the year while setting higher standards for our continued efforts and expressing earnest hopes for what lies ahead. As Director of the Sales Department and representative of the Five-Year Loyalty Award, General Manager Liao also addressed the gathering, projecting an ambitious target of 400 million yuan in sales for the coming year. Amidst the excitement of all colleagues, the annual gala officially commenced. The evening’s performances were meticulously choreographed by the company’s own team members: heavenly vocals and exquisitely crafted dances transported us into a sea of joy. Particularly noteworthy was a heartfelt poem penned by the Production Department, whose simple yet profound words offered the most beautiful tribute to Tongtai. Led by their department head, the Quality Control team transformed discarded materials into vibrant, uniquely styled creative costumes, presenting a dazzling fashion show. The performance then seamlessly transitioned from modern flair to traditional Hanfu, blending contemporary aesthetics with classical elegance—a fresh, distinctive format that provided a feast for the eyes. Interactive games brought the celebration to a thrilling climax. Company leaders and employees alike enthusiastically participated, with General Manager Tai even joining in alongside his wife, making the festivities all the more lively. These activities vividly demonstrated our strong sense of teamwork. Of course, no annual meeting would be complete without a raffle. This year, the company prepared generous prizes, ensuring that winners left delighted and those who didn’t win shared in the joy. Throughout the evening, everyone sang, danced, and celebrated, their faces aglow with happiness. To conclude the event, department heads performed “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” bringing the gala to a fitting close. This symbolic gesture heralded an even brighter future for Suzhou Tongtai Technology Co., Ltd. “As the year draws to a close, laden with bountiful harvests, the joy of abundance blossoms on every happy face. And as New Year fireworks bloom like flowers across the sky, the city once again stirs with the promise of next year’s vibrant romance.”

On November 15, 2019, our company organized a fun team-building event that combined mountain climbing with a barbecue, allowing everyone to unwind and recharge. It was a day to rest and rejuvenate after work—showing dedication to our roles while maintaining a spirit of unity and forward momentum. The goal was simple: eat well, have fun, and get plenty of rest, so we could approach our future work with renewed energy and joy, leaving stress behind and contributing even more to the Tongtai family. Ultimately, the main purpose of this team outing was to help employees relax amidst their busy schedules, reconnect with one another, and rediscover the pleasures of both work and life.
