Product Development Engineer

1. Possess a college diploma or higher in a science or engineering field, and be capable of independently managing new product design and development projects, as well as coordinating patent-related matters for such projects.
2. Familiar with the structure and manufacturing processes of plastic and metal products; experienced in the design and development of plastic and metal molds, with expertise in follow-up and review.
3. Proficient in UG or PRO/E (CREO), CAD, and office software;
4. Able to guide products from pilot production through mass production and promptly resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing; possesses practical experience in production quality control and quality improvement.
5. Able to use tools to read and respond to professional English‑related reports;
6. Prepare technical documentation and design drawings in accordance with the R&D plan, record all relevant work elements, and compile complete product files; summarize product development experience, continuously improve product performance, and implement design modifications and enhancements as reasonably requested by customers or relevant company departments, thereby completing product finalization.
7. Possesses strong teamwork skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm for work;

3. Proficient in using UG or PRO/E (CREO), and skilled in CAD and office software;
4. Able to guide products from pilot production through mass production and promptly resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing; possesses practical experience in production quality control and quality improvement.
5. Able to use tools to read and respond to professional English‑related reports;
6. Able to prepare technical documentation in accordance with the project schedule, produce 2D engineering drawings, document various work elements, and compile complete product files; capable of continuously optimizing manufacturing processes (including designing jigs and fixtures).
7. Possesses strong teamwork skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and a high level of enthusiasm for work;
